La Ferme des Hiboux is run by Sophie, Josh and baby Dylan.
Armed with a passion for homegrown food and an appetite for self-sufficiency, we gave up our jobs and lives in London and escaped to rural France, swapping our suburban flat and tiny garden for an old farmhouse and 3.5 acres. With no experience of farming and only basic French, we are learning as we go! It's definitely been an adventure.
Our aim is to live life more simply. We want to work with nature, not against it, to understand where our food comes from and to cook delicious meals.
