yoga on the farm

Our yoga retreats are held on our smallholding in the heart of rural France. Escape to the countryside for a nourishing and rejuvenating stay. The retreats are fully-catered, with vegetarian meals made using homegrown (or local) organic produce.

Daily yoga practice with our teacher Abby Worth is an invitation for guests to unwind, unravel and find the freedom to become unstuck – both physically and emotionally. Whether it’s your first time or five hundredth time on the mat, classes are tailored for anyone and any level. Start the day with a soul-warming Vinyasa flow, designed to leave you feeling radiant and ready for the day ahead. Then wind down in the evening with a calming practice that focuses on the breath (pranayama) and some sweet releases.

As well as daily yoga sessions, we offer optional informal classes, such as sourdough breadmaking, preserving, cheesemaking or natural cosmetics.

Here on our little farm we try to live life more simply. Our growing is inspired by our kitchen - we grow what we love to cook and eat. We hope you’ll join us for a taste of life on our smallholding.

Highlights include:

  • 4 morning yoga classes
  • 4 afternoon yoga sessions exploring breath (pranayama), meditation and savasana (relaxation)
  • 4 nights’ accommodation
  • Homegrown, organic vegetarian food
  • Optional informal classes, such as sourdough breadmaking, preserving or cheesemaking
  • Bikes available to borrow for exploring the country lanes (or for a trip to the local boulangerie!)
  • Free transfers to and from Poitiers airport.

Our yoga retreats are designed to enable you to restore balance, revitalise and relax. The maximum number of participants in the group is 8 to ensure an intimate and tailored practice.

The early bird price per person is £375 for a shared twin/double room  or £699 for two, if you book with a friend/as a couple. This includes accommodation, all meals and transfers to and from Poitiers airport. Yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, belts and blankets are all provided.

You can also choose to stay in our eco lodge, either on your own (£475) or as a couple (£850). There may be some yoga classes downstairs but the upstairs is solely for your use. There is a double bed, a relaxation area, and bathroom, where you can enjoy a solar heated bath. All bedding is provided, as well as natural, homemade toiletries produced here on the farm.
